At Ever Bold 189, we put a lot of love and care into every wax melt we create. Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Once a product leaves our hands, we cannot resell it or guarantee it hasn't been used or tempered with.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect due to our craftmanship, we will always make it right. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
To request help with a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what went wrong

We'll review your claim and, if approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit.
What is NOT Covered
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Scent preferences (fragrance is personal and subjective)
- Products damaged due to not following care instructions
- Gift cards
- Third-party or collaborative products
