Thank you for supporting our small business! We do our best to get your handcrafted products out the door quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Processing Time

All of our products are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to processed and prepared for shipping.

During high-volume seasons, sales, or restocks, processing time may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully package each order with love and attention.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. 

We currently ship via trusted carries such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on what works best for your location and package size.

Delivery Estimates

Typically, delivery time within the U.S. is 2-7 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Carrier Delays

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather events, or other factors outside of our control once the package leaves our facility.

If your tracking shows a delay or issue in transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for the most accurate information.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Ever Bold 189 is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it -- additional postage may be required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@everbikd189.com within 5 days of the marked delivery or issue.

We'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue -- we want you to have a great experience!
